Pigtunia is basically just Waddles from Gravity Falls but with a flower on her head, otherwise her design is identical
This is a true fact.
Honestly..that's how I was imagining her anyway. Her and waddles can be bffs too. Or twins. There's weirder things going on in gravity falls than a pig with a flower on its head.
